We take your privacy very seriously. All customer information will be used for internal purposes only. No information will be given, shared or sold to any outside sources. E-mail addresses are used only to send invoice information and to correspond if there are any problems or questions with your order. If YOU want you can add yourself to our Newsletter for updates and specials. At any time you can take yourself off the list. All orders are shipped in plain packaging. You can feel safe having a shipment sent to your home or work address. We are committed to shipping your order promptly and discreetly. Any questions or concerns? Security
This is a secure site. We implement several security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Security measures are strictly maintained by our payment/authorization gateway provider. This means you can safely enter your entire credit card number when prompted by our online purchasing system, and it cannot be read in transit. Customer personal information is stored behind secured networks and can only be accessed by a very limited number of employees (owners) who have special access to secured information. However if you're still uneasy about online ordering, you can always order by phone at 918/743-1300.

An email confirmation will be sent to you confirming the receipt of the order.

ALL prices are US dollars. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER.

Shipping & Charges
Orders from our Trapp Candle & Trapp Candle Co. from the  & Tyler Candle from the Tyler Candle Co. Line and our Soy Candle and Votivo Candle Line received by 12:00 CST will be shipped same day. Shipping is free for orders over $100. For orders under $100, it is a flat rate of $12.50 within the US. 

Sales Tax
We charge required local and state taxes of 8.517% as required by the state of Oklahoma.

Back Orders and Out Of Stock Merchandise
In the event that a product you order is on backorder you will be notified by e-mail or phone.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. All Trapp Candles Tyler Candles are checked before shipping. They are carefully packed before shipping. If you receive damaged package, please do not accept it and return to sender. If you receive the package, and the merchandise inside is damaged (broken), please contact us within 5 business days of the receipt of the package to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We will not accept any packages that do not have a Return Authorization Number. Upon receipt of the Return Authorization Number, please carefully pack all pieces and packing material and return to us. This must be postmarked/shipped within 5 business days of receipt of the original package. We require you insure the package as it was originally shipped. If the package is received and not damaged but for some reason you wish to return the merchandise, please contact us within 5 business days to get a Return Authorization Number. Once you are given a return authorization number, you are to send us the package packed carefully and insured within the same 5 business days. The freight and insurance charges are your responsibility for the returned merchandise. Once, the merchandise is received by our store, we will check the merchandise for any damage and barring such event, we would refund your credit card. Shipping charges if accrued are not refundable.
